Specifically, I’m looking for the value and part number for diode D2. If I had a ”bill of materials” on this rig, it would release a bit of tension.

D2 is a PIN diode, and is an MC301, which you can't find anymore.

LC, The reason I don't think the BA479's will be a viable replacement is because the capacitance difference between those and the MC301's. There's quite a bit of a gap in capacitance between the two diodes. ~Cheers~
