cobra 29 ltd problem clicking in speaker

Hi folks have cobra 29 ltd power comes in but there is a steady clicking noise in the speakers and no reception. Also when i key up the display dims
 

Powers on and off. No recieve though. No tx light coming on and channel display dissapears when you key mic.
