Can any one identify this mod. Purchased this Philippines made Cobra 29 ltd it has this mod in it. It is wired to the nb/anl switch.

Looks like an Expo channel kit. 2 Crystals and the 2 trimmer capacitors are the giveaway. Typically used to give an additional 40 channels to the standard factory configuration. Either + 40 or -40 would be the choices.
