I wonder if you can peak one of the Cobra 75 units out! HE,HE, that is the only radio my wife will put in her car, and still she will not talk on it, LOL

Hey there 211, yea no one round here likes to work on them much, and I guess you don't get a whole lot of improvement. What do you think they are worth used? Got a chance to get one on a package deal but I'd just sell it and I don't want to over-extend myself on it.

I had one of those once. I couldn't hear a damn thing with it. I never could get anyone to work on it, either.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
