Cobra 89xlr low TX audio

I got into the rig there's an. Update I Wana. Do according to the factory bullitin.. Wana change tr14.. I have the replacement but can't seem to locate it in the board anywhere I see it on the schematic it not a heavenly populated board bot can't seem to locate tr14 don't have a sams only a schematic nand some paperwork I found on cb tricks any clue? Anynone

First of all, I pray that your recovery goes very well and you are back on your feet soon!!
Regarding TR14, VR5 (Modulation adjustment) ties directly into the base of TR14 and onto 1 leg of R85. I would assume that TR14 is right next to VR5. If this were a newer multi-layer circuit board I would not be as confident but I feel good that VR5 would be your best reference point.

Hi I'm home as of yesterday checked out T14 the spot is emty.. I habe a new nte 85 here to replace it with. When I'm able to sit and take care of this thank you for all your help and we'll wishes much appreciated.. 73s

Was T14 just been clipped out or desoldered?
