Cobra Technical Service Bulletins

I remember seeing TCB's for a Cobra 138xlr that had the production numbers tied to the bulletin number. I can't seem to find it now. Has anyone else seen the bulletins along with the production number of the radio so you can tell what TSB's were performed by the factory or not.
I know the TSB's are on CBTricks, but they just list what the issue is and what needs to be done. There is a date however at the bottom, so you could go from there I guess if you had the build date.

OK, thanks. Some of the m do and some don't, but it looks like the updates to the originals do. Like the 1208 doesn't, but the 1208a does.
