So, scratching my noggin' it seems that a secondary final could theoretically be set up in some concept similar to the new Super-Star 676v chassis. That being said, a board with 13.8 v rail and 100ma biased IRF530N channel Mosfet, with an adjustable potentiometer was set up for experimentation. The test produced 22 RMS on the bench when subjected to a 1w key swinging 4w rms. Dead key went from 1 watt to 1 7/8 as well. Using two 470 ceramic caps in parallel on the rf feed along with a 47 ohm 2 watt resistor to mimic the 50ohm impendence.
