The amp has been this way since I got it a year or so ago , Driving the amp with a Grant XL AM=2 to 18 , SSB=18 pep . The amp carriers 4 x MRF 454s , using a run of the mill MFJ - 870 and a Cantenna 1k dummy load . The Max side of amp looks good at 75 to 280 pep . it's the other settings on the amp that seem strange to me ? starting at low to high sides of the amp read like this , low side = 1 watt to 40 pep , medium side reads 3 to 80 and high side reads 9 to 150 pep , I would certainly think all those DK numbers would be higher on those settings ? then I'm thinking maybe whomever had it might have been using it for a driver for something else ? Or there could be a problem I'm just not aware of ? all numbers on SSB are pretty much the same and the SWR's are very good through out the amp stages .
