Total newbie here doing very first posting - Just ordered Tecsun PL990 and already thinking of listening to far away short waves.
Would like to know - can I get Comet HFJ-350M Antenna for Receive listening only on the PL990? Can that antenna tune in to all shortwave frequencies from 2.3 MHz to 30 MHz?
Any recommendation for a good vertical whip antenna that can listen to entire shortwave / AM bands? Would be nice to stick a Long one up like a fishing rod and just listen in to far away places. Preferably detachable into segments for easy portability.
