I have a Connex 3300hp. When the radio is turned on I have no TX/Rx. If I wait about 1 minute all of a sudden the radio starts receiving and transmitting. Anyone have any thoughts?

I would say you have a cold solder joint some where. take a plastic tool and push on the board and see if you can find where it is at. or you can use some cold spray and see where it cuts out at when you hit a small spot at a time. I would start in the VCO and PLL areas 1st to see if it is around that area.
