At the REMOTE plug/pin 1 there is a audio volume dependent signal available. But most new transceivers have a constant output for decoders and soundcards.

Disconnect or the cut the blue cable from plug 2/pin 1 (SPO) and solder it to plug 4/pin 4 (AV3) . This changes the loudpeaker output after the audio IC to the constant level in front of the potentiometer. The line (SPO) between plug 2/pin 1 to plug 3/pin 1 isn't printed in the instruction manual, but in the service manual.

To have full compatibility to 5 pole DIN TNC cable I soldered two drilled cables to pin 7 / housing of the REMOTE plug an to the microphone Plug mic/Gnd. Now the connection reads

6 ACC yellow -
1 Audio blue 4 audio to PC
4 Relay n closed -
2 Relay middle -
5 Relay n open -
3 PTT brown 3 PTT
7 Mic grey 1 PC to TX
Gnd Gnd 2 Gnd
The relay isn't used in my location for the TS430S.
