CONTEX 6706 Linear Amp Question

Hello everyone. I have a contex 6706 linear amp that i've used for side band for years. Well recently i smoked the rf choke in the front so i replaced it. Now when i go to talk on it i will see it hit maximum power but then the power will drop to nothing. Also at this point i can see that the sides of the tubes start glowing red hot. Not sure whats wrong
