Courier centurion ssb 858pll modification

I have a courier centurion pll. It's a 23 channel setup, I see that there's a 40 channel version that is identical except for it being a 40 channel display and switch. Wondering if there's anything I can do to make this get the extra 17 channels in a row to make it a 40 channel? Or however many I can do. Internet sucks so I have a hard time doing the research.
