crystals

I have an old kraco 23 chn am/ssb with mod done by albertross electronics back in 1976. It's the crystal type with extended frequencies from channel 25 thru 55. but i'm now missing channel 41,42,43,45 on rx and tx and i think it may be a crystal, how would i know which one to replace?
