CTE or Sirio ???

Can anyone answer this question. Has Sirio bought out the antenna side of CTE ? I've been reading about the unavailability of the Astroplane clone the Top One and reading here about a re-designed Sirio version. Yet where I bought my Top One from still advertises them for sale here:

I also see CTE is still in business partnered with Midland/Alan !?!
Can someone shed a little light on the subject ?

as for whether CTE is still making antennas, i dont know.

i did contact that place you linked to above, and they said that they were out of stock on all of their antennas and didnt know when they would be selling more.

seeing that new antenna from sirio kind of depressed me, as it leads me to believe we have seen the last of the original astroplane design.

now what we need to do is get jay in the mojave to start making a version of the astroplane.

no doubt it would be one well built antenna, and i believe they would sell quite well.

i have been searching in vain for months for an astroplane or the CTE "top one" version.

it seems that those that have them are planning on keeping them.

LC, CTE has partnered with Midland/Alan. They still make the Skylab which is their Starduster copy. I'm waitng on a response from them on whether they still make AP copies too. I visited their site here: http://www.cte.it/ and after a while found a link for CB antennas. Didn't see the AP but the Starduster copy is there so I'm waiting on a reply from them to my email.
