Cuba Activates Emergency Nets for Tropical Storm Tomas

As Tropical Storm Tomas moves toward the eastern part of Cuba, the Federación de Radioaficionados de Cuba (FRC) has now activated HF emergency nets on 7.045 MHz (during the day or until propagation makes it possible) and 3.737 MHz (during the night or when propagation on 40 meters is not available) . We ask that you keep these frequencies clear for the emergency nets.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
