Ron great contact........i worked CO8LY also from cuba on 15m
(21.275) with 5/9 signal report (12/13/07). Lately i have been spending alot of time on 17 and 15 with many great contacts.
I have also noticed (thanks too DXers map info) that 6m and 10 meters have been showing sign's of improvment.
I have seen that the solar flux index has been up,this is encouraging.
