We get a call for a Betsy Ross Flag.
We tell the gent that we do not stock, we will check our suppliers and
get right back to him. This process takes no longer than an hour.
I call the guy back on my cellphone... which as most of you know has BIG B
in the caller ID. It goes like this:
Ted Hello
B Hello, Is this Ted?
awkward silence....
pause.....
B Hello, Is this Ted?
B Hello, Ted, Hello??
Ted yelling... DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE?
B Excuse Me?
Ted still yelling DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE?
B uh.... yeah,,,, I dialed 7 numbers, you said Hello, I said hello is this ted..
and thats where we went awry.
Ted yep yelling.... NO NO YOU STATE YOUR NAME
YOU STATE WHERE YOU ARE FROM
B CLLLLICK (outloud) ... as I hung up on the ol man.....
so then I got thinkin....

All you guys just pick up the phone once twice thrice ..... ok... so maybe you have more than
