Checked voltage at TR41, when the radio was stone cold it showed about 8 volts, within a minute it dropped to less than 1 volt? and never came back up.
make sure the solder joints at TR41 are good. If that doesn't work, replace TR41. If that doesn't work, you'll need to trace out the voltages in that circuit with the schematic.
