D-104/Kenwood

OK i need help with mic wiring config.
I have D-104 non amplified mic 4 wire, i need to wire to 4 pin Kenwood TS-520.TIA

2 = Push to Talk
3 = Chassis Ground-black
4 = Microphone Ground- shield

I had a un amplified d104 on mine too novakor, i thought it sounded good especially with just a little processing and the mic gain just open. these 520s have audio to spare.

other mics you might want to play with: Turner + 2, + 3
