D-104 Wiring for a DX99V Galaxy

I was just given a Astatic D-104 "Silver Eagle" mic (w/w duel key bars and amp) and would like to know if anyone has the wiring for the 4-pin plug of a Galaxy DX99V? I would really like to use that chicken-choaker mic on that radio.
