its just a shorty D104.
it is homemade as far as the shortening goes.
used to be a popular thing to do to these mics back when they were easy to come by new.
people would just disassemble the mic, and cut some length off the shaft.
ive seen a few like this for sale on ebay, but never seen one in person.

Hey, I have a large Belly and mine isn't one of those "Shorter Ones", I hear they have pills for that now anyhow
