I need wiring instructions for a D104 to a Yaesu FT 301. I also wonder how a 10DA head will work on this rig.

It has a diagram in it for mic wiring.
HOWEVER - The FT301 requires a low impedance audio input and the D104/10DA heads are high impedance. An audio transformer will be required otherwise your audio quality will suffer.
