D710 clock/time incorrect

So ever since we switched to daylight savings time, the clock on my Kenwood D710 is an hour behind. I have tried setting the clock correct but apparently the GPS time info overrides the manual settings. My UTC offset is correct.
Is there a setting to make this right? Or should I just move the UTC offset to correct it? Would that have an effect on the timestamps in my APRS packets?

The simplest way to correct for DST is to get into the 'AUX' menu and change the UTC+/- setting. There is no automatic DST specific setting available. And naturally, remember to change the @#$ thing back again...
