What would cause the signal meter to go up when someone gives me a deadkey like normal and then when they modulate it swings backwards instead of forward like it should. Seems like the farther away the station is the less it does this but close stations it will swing backwards 1-2 dbs when the talk. Thank for any help you can give me.
