Pull the power plug out of the back of the radio, and test it with a meter while engine is running. If voltage tests OK, do a reset all from the radio menu. You will have to enter the password again in the menu for 11 meter.
My friend's done the same thing over the weekend that he uses on a base station with power supply. He is a button pusher. Checked voltage going into radio all was fine. Reset all fixed it right up. Apparently, there is a bug in the firmware.
You can also check radio voltage with the INDIC button. It's in the manual.
