Delta Force Crapped Out--HELP

O

Here's what happened.

Was running fine all morning.

Turned it back on after getting coffee and CRAAACCCKKKLLE thru the speaker, really loud, then no sound.

Frequency numbers started fluttering and bouncing all over.

The modulation line that shoots across the bottom when you speak was spittin and fartin, and yes it was crackin thru speaker while doing this.

So I turned it off.

When I turned it back on the lights lit up but nothing else.

No numbers no sound no nothing.

I'm wondering if I push the cpu reset button inside will this be the fix? Or will it just cause more damage. Or is this a different problem.

R.R. were are you. Hello Cmin.

You're the expert on these radidios.

Anyone else had this happen with there's?

All Magnum radios are sensitive to ground, and lack thereof can damage them so be careful.

Depending on it's age it could be a warranty issue. The place that does warranty for Magnum is very good, even if it is beyond warranty.
