Diamond Mobile SG2000HD tuning for Railband

Can the Diamond mobile 2 meter SG2000HD be easily tuned for the railband (160.215 -161.600 mhz)? I emailed Diamond but they never answered me on it. How's the Diamond do against the Maxrad 5800 5/8 reception wise? And where is the best deal on the Diamond? Will be using with a magnet mount and an ICOM transceiver for receiving only at this time.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
