Hi,
I just bought an Yaesu VX-8 DR and want to install the bluetooth card.

Do I need to buy the new version BU-2 to make if work flawless with headset BH-2 A or can I do so with the BU-1 unit?

Thanks!

If I remember correctly, the BU-2 was released to greatly improve the number of headsets that were compatible with the Yaesu bluetooth implementation in the BU-1. If you already own the BU-1, give it a try with your headset of choice, but chances are if the headset isn't an original Yaesu it might not work. If you don't already have the bluetooth module, get the new one.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
