Was looking at this today thinking it would look pretty slick in the dash and could monitor draw when amps are running (and no, my amps don't get tired from all the running) :) - amazon. com / bayite-6-5-100V-Display-Multimeter-Voltmeter/dp/B013PKYILS

Amazon product ASIN B013PKYILS

Looks like this one!
I think it would look cool, and be helpful in a dash board.

Would be good on the test bench too! Look for a vendor that has U.S. stock on hand.

Okay Big Kahuna, before the wife puts a knot on my head I'm going to put the blame on you!
I bought one from a stocking dealer here in KY just 80 miles from the house with free shipping!
This will also work good with my other hobbies when charging batteries.

That's the best looking meter of its type i have seen so far,
if you can keep RF out it should do a good job,

let us know how it turns out when you get it installed.(y)

Let us know how it works, definitely is a slick looking little meter.

Looking at some of those little wonders, I'm impressed that they use a 4-wire system for the ammeter function (two for metering and two for the shunt). Just wondering what protection there is if the shunt melts. leaving the 101+ amperes looking at nothing but the meter and its wiring...?
