Distracted Driver Law in Alberta- Is there a solution?

In the First Mad Max movie the police officers had mic free radio all they did was flip a switch and they could talk you need to find something like this.

All this talk about old foot switches and such, makes me think in 20-30 yrs people will be saying "I remember when you had to actually drive the car yourself"

That law would confuse the hell out of teenage US drivers.....imagine having to drive without texting. It's Bike Week in Florida and I saw a biker texting while driving up I-95.
