Too bad that the mental midget reporter called it an amateur radio station. 
That just adds another black mark to ham radio in the eyes of those who cannot differentiate between ham radio and CB radio. The local authorities can inspect his antenna all they want and I am sure they will find everything is 100% legal.Maybe they should get half a clue and have the FCC take a look at what is connected to it.
