I am looking for a driver for mobile that will key about 20 to 30 watts and swing 150? I have a mod v but need something better!

Try the X-Force X-80. If you want class B then go TnT 250 made by X-Force. Both have a pair of 2290 finals and are variable. They make great drivers.
