DVAP Dongle DStar

I got one of these this week. This thing Rocks!!

Pretty simple unbox it and connect via USB! I downloaded WinDV and set up the settings tuned my ID-92AD and I am on the air. The DVAP is configurable from 1mw to 10mw on 2 meters. A 70CM version is in the works. Anyone that is into DStar should get one of these! Localy I can't get into any repeaters via the HT have to be on mobile or base so now I can use the HT.

What kind of range do you get on the HT?

I have the DVAP and I can walk around the house with no problem if i swap antennas to my diamond SRH320A I can go outside and walk around or sit on porch.

i have the icom 92ad inside i can use a diamond srh805s stubby and it works fine
