DX 959, Freq. Jumps

When You key the Mike Freq jumps i Digit, Emample- 27.235 goes to 27.236. If on AM or USB without keying mike it says 27.555 if i goto LSB it jumps to 27.556. On Recieve it does sound off Freq in Lsb compared to My Washington and Uniden PC 122.

Use your clarifier on ssb receive, and if transmitting, my unit will show one up or down on the counter, and it wont hurt a thing.

Hi Guys
My radio does the same thing, could it be out of alinment (sorry for the bad spelling). My other 959 doesn't move at all when I key up, thats why I think it's an ADJ.
Can a 959 be turned up to forty watts ? I've heard yes and no.
