What could one expect for swing out of a 99 if it is set up
right? 25-30 pep is kind of low isn't it?
 

Well i'll say this,,,with the 99V being a SSB radio,,,you'll loose just a bit of peak since the finals a biased for sideband,,,,But,,,on the other hand,,,,i usually see arounf 35 watt peaks from those,,,so the loss isnt all that much...Be sure the synthesizer has been aligned properly....
