The latest project is an Eagle 500 in very good condition with no mods done to it, I am looking for a good part number for the rectifier diodes, The schematic calls for a 1cc170. There is no such animal as far as i can find. anyone know what a good part number for this diode would be.

I have not looked at the schematic but most likely a 1 amp 1000v rectifier will be the ticket, or go better with a 3 amp 1000v rectifier.

Ebay is full of them, can purchase by the 10's or 100's, in expensive and decent quality has been my experience.

Ebay search rectifier diodes.

part numbers

1n4007 1 amp 1000v

1N5408 3 Amp 1000V

for the litle extra change I go with the 3 amp.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
