*Use roger beep lock switch
*To shut off roger beep power off black box key the mic with the roger beep in the up position hold key and turn black box on> Roger beep will be disabled.
*To activate Roger beep toggle switch down
2 Echo Echo Repeat small knob turns Echo on.
3 Talk Back >speaker jack in back use the black/red knob to adjust volume.
>works great with single speaker/headsets or stereo plug/mono plug. 1/8 plug.
4 This unit works on 12volts plug in back(comes with plug but can use a 12volt wall wart(center +)
5 Important this unit is wired for a 4 pin mic for all Cobra /Galaxy and other 4 pin radios.
If you need this for a 5 pin mike just purchase on ebay the 5 pin mic adapters get both the mic end and the chassis end adapters. This will allow you to use a 5 pin mic and plug black box into a 4 pin radio or with the radio end adapter will allow you to use a 4 pin mic on a 5 pin radio.
Getting both adapters will give you any combo you will need for 4 and 5 pin mics to work with the Echo Repeat box.
