Has anyone whose owned an EICO 715 Transmatch confirm if the RF and Modulation functions work with the internal dummy load disengaged? All functions work with the dummy load engaged except these two functions when the dummy load is disengaged. The meter has been completely gone through and I believe this to be the way it works. I acquired it without a manual.
