Has anyone heard of or use Elecraft Tranceivers? I'm considering the Elecraft K3.

Kit or pre-assembled? They are awesome little ham radios. Don't even think of trying to get it to work on CB though.

They are sort of the modern day 'HeathKit'. If you like building things you'll like it. If you don't, I think I'd look for something else.
