I am being given a (supposed) working 8 tube Elkin mobile amplifier. It is complete except for the remote that controls its functions. It has a 8 pin plug. Any body have any documentation or Information about its operation, wiring, anything? Any fond memories? Stories?
Any help would be appreciated.
 

The 8 pin octal plug is usually for more than just remote. Check to see if the RF deck has the DC to DC high voltage converter inside it. They usually do not and this is a separate box.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
