Has anyone taken the on-line classes through the ARRL ? I'm thinking
about it. "With a grant from the Corporation for National and
Community Service (CNCS), ARRL provides tuition reimbursement for US
Amateur Radio operators wishing to receive emergency communication
training through ARRL's Certification and Continuing Education
