EPT360010A - Signal Meter issue

Hi all,

I am working on a Galaxy II with an EPT360010A board. Right now Signal Meter is working fine on AM/FM, but not on SSB receive, if I am transmitting on SSB the Needle swings fine. But just no movement on receive. Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks, I did try adjusting VR2 and the needle does move when I transmitting from another radio in my own house, but stations that are normally 9+ aren't moving the needle.
