Selling my dentron 2500B. Has the original 8875 tubes with full output power. I bought this back in may form a gentleman. I have only used it twice. Here is the original listing for the amplifier.
I am the second owner of this MLA2500B. Original owner is a SK and he sold it to me brand new in box unused before he passed away since he did not have an antenna to handle the power. If I have to total hours of use I would say under 50 net hours. Tubes are full output of course. I had changed the PS caps and bleeding resistors about 6 months ago. Tank, variable caps are pristine see pictures. Never ever arc'ed. Past weekend on the air terrific reports. I think I changed the fan screen instead of the crappy looking original mesh. See daiwa meter - 20 meters 80W in bit under 1500 pep ssb. Always tuned when used with 60 wpm. Meter hardly moves when measuring grid current in ssb at full output. Baby this amplifier and it will outlast you. Wired for 220V can be wired to 120V but NOT a good idea! HV will fluctuate a lot.
Some scratches from other equipment. Meters and front face in nice shape. Does have a small dent in the front top corner on the right side came from shipping to me. See photos. Asking price $625.00 Plus Shipping cost to your zip code.Fedex Ground. Payment PayPal.
