just purchased a fatboy trucker with 2x2290 in it was wanting to use it for driver running 2 wats from radio into it was told i should have purchased the single 2sc2879 for morecompatibility with my set up a six pill fb but im thinking of getting a 10 or 12 pill in future thinking i can just use the variable and run it low any help would be appreciated 181 southern il.

2 watts into a 2 pill 2290 should be fine.

byron your fine .nothing wrong with 2x2290`s into a 6 pill .its done all the time .
