FC 30 Freq Counter Question

These counters are getting hard to find here in the U.K. What are the prices of them over in the US.

I just bought a FC 30 RT with shipping it came to $62.00. Put it on a Superstar 3900. It works. One thing to note is. When you change the channel it displays a random frenquency before it shows the right frenquency. Thats how they are set up. I read about this in my reserch before I bought it. There is a mod to correct this the NET to correct it. It looks good on the 3900.

Did anyone ever find a work around on this I see it has 3 jumpers inside also
