FCC admits it cannot search your home

The problem with this point of view guys, is that it won't work as you might think. The gear that the FCC field guys use alraedy will have you down with a fine-tooth comb. They already have all the evidence they need - undeniably. All I'm saying is that no one should relinquish their right to search and siezure without a proper warrant.
It makes no difference to think they can't or won't act. But letting them in is something that no one should voluntarily do without a proper warrant...
but if you don't, you will receive a hefty "refusal of inspection" fine, which will cost you dearly to defend whether you are innocent or not!
Once you refuse inspection, it will be easier for them to get the bust-down-the-door warrant they need, and when they do, and when they confiscate all that evidence, they will be able to match it up with their on-the-air evidence...you do know that your transmitting equipment carries a spectral fingerprint, no? Even your remote control, TV amp, and noisy LCD transformer...
The best thing to do when they come a knocking is about face and get a handful of ankle!
