FCC Okays Changes to Amateur Radio Exam Credit, Test Administration, Emission Type Ru

Hey, when element 1 was required and I got my license, I passed all written examinations.

I considered myself an Extra- (Extra-minus) because I did not pass element 1 (the code).

I've been an active tech since, but really, does this mean I can qualify for the Extra now?

not the way I read it,...............

"...grant credit for written examination elements 3 (General) and 4 (Amateur Extra) to holders of “expired licenses that required passage of those elements.”

what expired license did you have that REQUIRED elements 3 & 4?
