You can find diagrams, test notes,manuals etc... of your FCC approved device right on the FCC website.

Go to-

https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm?calledFromFrame=N

Type in the FCC ID # found on the back label as shown in the example below and then click search at the bottom. I searched the ID of the RCI 5054dx-

You will get a page with search results as below-

Then click on "details" and you will see all the documents available for your radio or device-

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
