I post this because it is timely, and it has bearing, plus, I cannot figure out how to actually find the guidelines.

Is this the correct site???

http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/

Where did they hide the link that reports the actual data, such as 400 mg of caffeine per day???

Just Google low glycemic diet. If you stick to it, you will lose a ton of weight, your blood pressure will drop, your cholesterol will drop, your blood sugar will fall within normal limits and stay there. Worked for me. That a a 20 minute walk with the dog every day is all it took.

the 2015 guidleines (8th revisions) will come out in the fall of 2015 although they don;t give a month.
the link you provided is just making the public aware of the process to modify previous guideline.

the current guideline is still the 2010 one...link below

http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/2010.asp

click on the pdf document about midway.

But everything will taste like shit.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
